Preliminary notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the TONMAWR RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB will be held on MONDAY, 19th SEPTEMBER 2016 in the FUNCTION ROOM, CLUBHOUSE commencing at 7-15pm

Members attention is directed to the following Bye-laws: -

1.       Election of Officers.

          a.       President.

          b.       Chairman.

          c.       Hon Treasurer.

          d.       Hon Secretary.   

2.       To elect Members to form the Management Committee together with the Officers.

3.       Amendments to Constitution & Bye-Laws.
