Clubhouse Code of Conduct

Tonmawr Rugby Football Club is committed to providing an environment that is free of discrimination, harassment and intimidation for members, employees and visitors.

All Members and Visitors are reminded that an acceptable standard of behaviour must be maintained at all times within the Clubhouse.

Members and visitors are reminded that:

  • Tonmawr Rugby Football Club is committed to providing a safe, family friendly and welcoming environment for all.
  • Any form of discrimination, harassment or intimidation is regarded as unacceptable behaviour.
  • Behaving in a way that disturbs the enjoyment for other people is deemed unacceptable.
  • The Club has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour
  • Whilst fully acknowledging that adult “banter” contributes to creating a healthy atmosphere among patrons bullying of any sort will not be tolerated.
  • The use abusive language has no place in in the clubhouse.
  • Persons taking or supplying illegal substances will be asked to leave and reported to the police.
  • Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted within the Clubhouse or patio area.
  • Abuse: Verbal or Physical towards a member of staff will not be tolerated, and disciplinary procedures will be considered in all cases.
  • Constitution and Bye-Laws 6: any person(s) “being guilty of misconduct or otherwise acting in a manner deemed inconsistent with the interest of the club would be deemed liable to expulsion or suspension according to the findings of the Management Committee”.
